Now that Labor Day is over and school and work has begun, let's be 10/10 every day!!! Cheats Optional: Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas ;)

I'm a 10/10 today.....last night had salty pub food and was up half a pound on the scale this morning for my efforts :) I will flush it out today. Skipped my usual Coke Life this morning with brekkie and opted for unsweetened tea with a small amount of Stevia. My hula hoop arrived yesterday, so after dinner I will be putting it together and giving it a test run, so 10/10 for exercise as well. |
9/10. I have been good with staying on plan for eating for the most part (went a little over on Saturday) but I really need to get my exercise in check. This last week has been busy and stressful. I need to really get focused and dig deep!:exercise:

Well I'm committed today, 10/10. It's been a little rough lately. I've not been feeling well lately and my husband is trying for a new job and it would be perfect and such a blessing. I've been stressed about it though. He has been working 3rd shift for so many years and this job he is trying for is a regular 9 - 5 and it would be perfect.
Anyway even through the stress and everything I'm still holding at 272 lbs. So that is a plus. |
Raining Hula hoop is till in box but I had a boatload of laundry to do last night (that counts as exercise right :)) But I must get it put together tonight!
tongirl02 Hang in there, you will get there. I was stuck for almost a month even though I thought I was doing everything "right." Then all of a sudden the weight started coming off very predictably. You'll become very "in tune" with your body and what works for you. I am a 10/10 today. Back to Monday's weight this morn and ready to rock the day! 8/10 today! Pretty good for me - seems like my recent bout with anxiety is passing over - I feel pretty good this morning. Went to the gym yesterday and gonna go again today. I find I am not pushing myself as much as I could, I'm being too safe and not really challenging my body. It ok, for now something is better than nothing. Am at a new gym and am on free trial right now but when I sign up officially next week will get free consult with trainer so I'll get some advice from there.
Also been doing some belated (very belated lol) spring cleaning and totally cleaning out all my closets and getting rid of a lot of "stuff". It will feel so good to get rid of the clutter, it gives me a mental boost too - cluttered house, cluttered mind. |
10/10 for me today. Even though I got up late today and didn't have time to make a proper breakfast, I will just drink extra water and herb tea to hold me over until lunch. Scale continues to move in the right direction! There is no greater motivator than success!
My daughter will be "home" tonight!! Excited to see her! Tomorrow starts a 3 day family weekend with hubby daughter, son, daughter in law, and grandbabies! I will have a few meal chllenges, but I can do this!! |

LisaGA- It represents your commitment level for the day to stay motivated to stick with your plan on a scale of 0-10. So, 8/10, for example, means you're committed an 8 out of 10.
I am 10/10 today. Seeing a drop on the scale the last couple days is just what I needed to get super focused again! Hope everyone has a good day today! :cheer2: |
Got it!! Did the stairs of the office high rise at lunch, so I will say that I'm a 10/10 today. And, I do have to say that just saying that I'm a 10 feels pretty good!

Not sure when he will find out. He has done 2 of a possible 6 interviews for it. My fingers are crossed.

Yesterday I thought was going to be 10/10 but turned out to be 8/10 because assorted foods (and non-foods) were at the HS's Parent Open House last night!! Today, though, I don't have to go anywhere to be tempted! 10/10!! |
10/10 today! No downward movement on the scale since Tuesday, but at least it's not going back up. I plan on doing a lot of gardening tonight...cleaning up the old, picking my dried beans, trying to figure out what to do the my winter squash and gourds, etc.

10/10 today! After being stuck (and up one day) since Tuesday, I had a little whoosh today, which has really motivated me for the weekend.
It finally rained here lady night after quite a dry spell which has cooled everything down. Once it dries out I plan on doing some major clean up in the garden today and tomorrow......hopefully. The indoor cleaning can wait. Tonight, we're supposed to meet friends in town at the pub and I've volunteered to be the DD so hubs can have more than his one Saturday evening drink. That should keep me on plan! Have a great weekend everyone. |
It might be an evening Fail tonight. Dare I say 7 or 8/10??? My DH is setting up a party/dinner two towns over and of course I'm helping!! Will drink juices or eat veggie soup only today but looks like I'll have a "real" meal tonight. ("Real" Meals are how I got in trouble in the first place!!) Aargh.

I'm at a 10/10 for eating, but 6/10 for energy and movement. I'm really hungry today and planned for it (unintentionally).....I've got homemade bean with ham soup in the slow-cooker. It's filling but not loaded with calories. TOM came today a week late (but I'd forgot about the prior month being early), and I'm up 2 lbs from my Fri/Sat low. It should start going down in the morning and hopefully completely by Thursday.

10/10 today. I have had a nice last few days with the scale and hoping it will last, but I have noticed I will drop a couple pounds and then stay steady for a while before the next drop.

6/10 today, only because it is such lovely weather outside I don't feel like sticking to a plan much, doesn't mean I will go crazy though. Maybe will try to do some outdoor activity this afternoon instead of the gym.

I'm still on vacation and I have no scale access so that is scary for me. Also eating right has been hard to do when I have no control on where we go to eat.
Good news is we went to Universal studios today and I fit in the seats for the rides! I couldn't do that last time. I gotta say riding the Harry Potter rides was amazing! Also I was able to eat healthy today because it was just me and my husband. |

Hope you don't mind me gate-crashing this post :) I started the day at probably a 5/10 after a bit of a disappointing loss on the scales but now I have come on here and read your posts, had a healthy breakfast with some green tea and now I am feeling much closer to a 10/10 - have a lovely day all :carrot: |
I'm a 10/10 for eating but 7/10 for movement. It's day 2 of TOM and it's quite unpleasant (it is about 50% of the time). Good news is that days 3 & 4 are soooo much better discomfort wise and and weight wise. So looking forward to a whoosh tomorrow/Thursday.

I'm 10/10 even though I know I'm going out tonight. I am staying on plan on day so I can have my grilled wings tonight with no sides.
I'm a 10/10 for movement as well.....TOM almost gone and almost down to my pre weight. |
This is a 6/10 Day for me!
Had Lobster for our Anniversary Lunch. (And a daiquiri, and bread, and Caesar Salad, and a cappuccino....) *headdesk* For breakfast and dinner have had and will juice. Won't lose any weight, but maybe, just maybe, won't gain any either! (God willing!!!) |

Inkrid, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! If there are good reasons to splurge, that's one of them! I hope the scale is kind to you tomorrow! :goodscale: I am taking it day by day right now. My commitment to eating on plan remains high, but my commitment to exercise is nonexistent, so I need to work on that. |
Hi Jacqui D, my friend put me on task with the exercise thing via text. Was so busy concentrating on diet that I conveniently ignored that bit!!
Will be an 8/10 today. Am hosting an AM group at my house and will see what they want to eat for brunch/coffee. For the rest of the day, though, am raw vegan! |
Pleased to say I am a 10/10 today! :D Managed to stick to my usual (very early!) gym class this morning even though I am off work! Have tasty meals planned for the day and well within cals! If only every day could be like this hey! ;)

Despite my best efforts, I did have a few slip ups on my 3 day weekend. Wine with the girls was just to big of a temptation to resist! After the weekend I hd a two pound gain, but that is gone now, along with and additional 2 pounds!
Today my commitment level is 10/10! |
Back on the wagon! Have a meal plan for every day this week and groceries bought, worked out yesterday and writing out workout planning for the rest of the month into next month.
Ended up taking a break from working out for a while... now that I'm adjusting to my new work schedule, time to get back on the horse! |

Good luck to all on staying on plan as we begin the weekend! Saturdays are my downfall, and I promised hubs a steak dinner. That means I'll have to make sure to do a lot of yard work/house cleaning to be able to fully enjoy it as well without any negative feelings.
Anyway, I'm a 10/10 for the day! I had a nice post-TOM whoosh this morning for a total of 2 lbs lost since last Friday. The most I've ever done in one week :) |
I am 10/10 today! I have my lunch packed and determined not to have any of the Friday Grill Day snacks at work. I work my second job tonight and I packed my supper also. No reason to go off plan just stay the course!

10/10 today. Took my multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin D; prepping a healthy fritatta for the hubby to throw in the oven for dinner (I work swing shifts, and if I don't do the setup, pizza becomes appealing for dinner).
Taking leftover chicken sausage with roasted veggies and quinoa with broccoli/peas as well as snap peas and carrots with hummus, string cheese and home-made snack balls to work (3p-3a in an ER means I *have* to fuel...) Got my morning coffee with half and half and made a chocolate protein smoothie with blueberries, OJ, spinach, organic protein powder and cocoa powder. Going to get a barre ab burner workout in before it's time to leave, too. :) Hope folks don't laugh at the DOMS waddle today... I did lunges and squats 2 days ago, and I'm still feeling it... |
