Default Getting to the One-der land

I can't wait to finally reach this milestone and be under 200 lbs. Anyone else already made it there or still on the journey to getting there?

Sorry if there is already a thread about this! I didn't see one.

I haven't been in Onederland since around elementary/middle school years. Insane, I am going to get there, it is just a matter of when. Lately my head hasn't been screwed on straight, but it is getting there.

I can't wait to get there! My lowest was 175, gained some back but got back to 185 (which was still good), but then I got sick, struggled to lose weight and my body just wouldn't let me Over the months my weight continued to climb. I finally addressed my medical condition and as I recover I'm dreaming of losing the weight again! For now I'm taking it easy, but in the next week or two after I'm fully recovered I am refocusing on my eating and will slowly add exercising back into my routine. I cannot wait!

I started some pounds over 248 - that's my highest recorded weight, not my highest weight.

Getting to 199 took a while. I hadn't seen a 1 where a 1 should be in decades, so I cannot express the joy and triumph I felt when it finally happened. So wonderful! Not 200 pounds! At least one digit was correct!

But I knew that later that day, if I hopped on the scale, there would be a two again. So it wasn't a done deal. I jumped for joy with 195 and when I hit 193, I really celebrated. That meant I wouldn't see a 2 again.

Even now, as I continue working on the tens place, every once in a while I look at that 1 and remind myself how far I've come.

Keep going. Never surrender.

WTG Stripes. I hope to feel this satisfaction one day soon. I hasdn't lived in the 300s for long, but my wt was slowly getting out of control. I am so happy that I am now in the 2s and will go insane when I see a 1 where a 1 belongs as you say. I dream of that day. Coming on this site at least once a day is what helps me stay motivated and keeps me continuing to work hard.

I made it Onederland in the last year and 3FC got me here. I didn't really put a timeline on it, though I had hopes for certain dates. It took me a long time, but I just stayed consistent. Getting under 200 certainly wasn't a magic bullet for me, but I noticed how much more energy I now have and how much easier (and enjoyable) it is for me to be active. I'm still (slowly) losing weight and am confident it'll come off.

I'm sending out good thoughts to everyone on this thread-- stick with it because you are worth it! I have so much admiration for those who set difficult goals, and weight loss definitely qualifies! Best.

I got there today! Had to lose 100 pounds to do it. Been over a decade since I saw a 1 myself. Still flying high right now.

There is a thread for it... and it's for anyone who is just DREAMING about getting there - not just for those who are close!
