hi everyone! I am in the same boat, at least for now....trying to take off what I hope is my last 30 lbs...that still leaves me at 170 but i am 5' 9" and have never weighed 170 in my adult life so I am not really sure how I will feel or what I will look like at 170. So this is where I will start ! I have noticed it doesnt come off as fast as it did when i had more to lose. but thats ok too...the harder i have to work the more i will appreciate it and the better chance I wont let myself slip back into old habits!

I guess I might be in this group too. Especially when I get out of the 160s - I will still be at the heavier end of overweight, so nowhere near a featherweight, but as I'm really short, the numbers aren't that big.

I wonder if a thread for "overweight" - getting out of the overweight? Or something? - would be a good idea?

I'll be so happy the day I'm back to a "normal" bmi! i think that's a good idea :)
