So just for giggles, when I weigh myself in the afternoon. I weightless than I did in the morning. I mean, With eating and water intake it makes no sense.
Anyone else do this?
I still base my weight off the morning weigh in. Just curious.

I used to weigh myself before going to bed. That would be an indicator of the next morning as I would lose up to 2lbs over night. If I weighed less in the evening than I did in the previous morning that predicted a big loss over night. Also if I was over 2lbs heavier in the evening than in the previous morning that would likely indicate a gain.

Same as Ian, I sometimes weight in the evening as I used to be able to predict what my weight would be the following morning. In most cases the morning weight would be my evening weight minus 1 kilo (app. 2 pounds for you).

However now that I breastfeed two babies, my weight fluctuates much more, as obviously my morning weight depends on what was the last time I breastfed, and if both babies or just one.

Depending on the day, my morning/evening weight difference could be 5 pounds, or just 1 pound.

I still weight myself before bed, just for the giggles. Or because I am weird. Or a bit of both.

To weight less in the afternoon that I did in the morning is very unusual for me, breasfeeding or not. I would have to take a major *** - or lose lot of water I did not replenish. It would most likely mean a significant weight loss the following morning!
