alaskanlaughter awesome on the garcinia! I like it, too...also the green coffee bean extract tends to keep away the food thoughts. It's nice to go about your day and not always be thinking about food!

Hi Everyone!

Syckgirlsfv Hang in there with the coworker. Has she improved at all?

Mars The curried chicken salad was very good. They also use Greek Yogurt in the chicken salad. I hope your day was a good one. Congrats on the 1.6 pounds.

Noshoes Good job on the walk/run.

Laciemn Congrats on your weigh in!

Berry Congrats on the .6! Keep up the hard work.

Ian I agree, any little thing can cause those crazy fluctuations that mess with your head. Even something as little as a large glass of water before bed can cause a gain. Crazy but true.

Radio Sorry about all the stress you are dealing with. Sending good thoughts your way and wishing your the best. Good luck getting back on track. You can do it.

Alaskanlaughter I'm glad the supplement is helping you.

Hi Diana I'm back on page 26, we tent camp, we got a bigger tent and have air mattresses this year, it was really comfy. On your flare up, it reminded me, years ago I was getting a pain in my side, they couldn't diagnose, anyway, they gave me an anti-spasm medicine, i can't remember the name right now but I remember I put it under my tongue, I remember it worked fast. Best of luck, hope you're feeling better!

It's page 36 kelijpa! You've been gone that long! Blink and you miss Diana's accountability page.

But not smoked oysters I hope...

Checking in after a few days. Last week was not good calorie-wise, after my best week in a long time. Two months into weight training regularly so that's good. I'm on day 4 of the plank challange and move up to a 40 second plank tomorrow.

Menu today-

Egg sandwich
Pasta with pesto
Egg burrito

Total cals 1180

My calories were good last night but I think the sodium from the soup got me. Ugh! It's always something!

Have a great day!

I'm struggling at the 30. I have no idea how I'm going to manage these jumps to 45 seconds and 1.5 minutes, let alone 4 and 5 minutes! lol

I've been considering starting the plank challenge as well. I already do planks as part of my daily routine anyways. I'm not sure about the super long ones later on though. I currently do 20 second planks with no problems.

morning all up another .4, but it's mid-cycle time which means hormones and water so it could be worse. I'm not eating things I shouldn't and this is normal every month. Also been a little constipated (I know it's TMI, sorry) the last few days and no reason for it. Still no alcohol! More than 3 weeks now

Diana no, crazy coworker has not and will not EVER change! I'm considering looking elsewhere for work - this place is run poorly now and 3 departments are being outsourced the coming year. I'm cut out for way more, I was just hoping to get my BS first. It's in God's hands - I don't worry

B - Belvita breakfast bisucits
L - organic grilled chicken breast and fresh asparagus
S - apricot
D - thinking refried beans mixed w/canned chicken from Costco. They were using that as samples over the weekend and it was delicious - with some green salsa it will be so good! Got school tonight - accounting.
