I look most things up on google and calorie king because I like to measure most my foods in grams, I rarely scoop out 100g servings of anything. I serve myself what I want to eat and weigh that. If they list a 100g serving and you have 148 grams of yogurt, just list your serving size as 1.48
Similarly, if you only had 48g, you would list your serving size as .48
No need to create custom foods that way.
