If you don't mind doing the math, one thing I do if I have an odd serving size is to figure out the decimal/percentage (like 1/4 serving is 0.25). I hope this isn't a common sense type thing, I was pretty proud of myself for figuring it out.

Yes it's kind of a common sense thing but that helps me a lot sometimes.

I've never used Loseit but I have tried MFP and LOVE IT!!!! I stopped using Weight Watchers because I loved it so much more. in the month that I have been using it I have only had to enter my own food twice which I was ALWAYS doing with WW. Best of luck I hope you find something that works better for you!

This morning I had 148g of yogurt, 56g of sliced banana and 41g of almonds. There is only one way to calculate that and I have custom foods of calories per gram.
If they list a 100g serving and you have 148 grams of yogurt, just list your serving size as 1.48

Similarly, if you only had 48g, you would list your serving size as .48

No need to create custom foods that way.

I use the shape up app for myself but I use lose it for my daughter. Ilike the scan barcode better in lose it. I have the upgraded shape up and it lets me plan meals in advance and tracks fibre protien sodium and stuff . Doesn't seems to change food data base.
