Default proud of myself :D

Just got back from my fourth night of walking. This is a huge thing for me because I always just set on the couch and did nothing before. Its kind hard because I have no one to do this with but I'm not letting it stand in my way. Anyway. I just wanted to share.

That's great! Sometimes when you have an exercise partner, you don't go for your walk because your partner has something else to do that day. You are doing this for you, and you deserve it!

Great job on getting out there!!! I LOVE walking by myself! It's "my time" and I can do any or no thinking that I want! LOL!

If you really don't like going alone, take a dog if you have one. If not, offer to walk one for a neighbor!

Keep getting out there. You CAN do this!

Keep up the great work! I sympathize with how tough it can be sticking to a regular walking schedule when you're going it alone, but on the bright side it can be a nice opportunity to enjoy a little quiet time to yourself. I think some of my best thinky thoughts on solitary walks.

Thank you all for the great words of encouragement!.
I live in a mid size college town. So lots of traffic on my rd. I'm kinda nervous about walking alone. I could take my dog but since he is 9 years old and just six pounds I doubt he would be much help. Lol. I will just invest in mase and a pocket knife. Hey a girls gotta protect herself right?.

I personally like to exercise on my own...it really helps me center in on myself. In my experience, when I have had an exercise buddy...I actually exercised LESS because I was always having to work around someone else's schedule and it just sucked. lol

Congratulations on the acheivement!! Keep up the great work!! Keep at it!! Even the days that you don't want to...remember how GREAT you feel when you do...cuz that's the BEST motivator!! :-D
