Default So I fell off the wagon...

But I'm back now! I don't even know what happened...but that's the past and I'm ready to get back on track! I'm looking forward to being back on this website too! I've missed this place!
I stepped on the scale for the first time today in almost a month. 192... Damn that number! I had made it all the way down to 186-187. Ugh... Hopefully I'll be back there soon. Send me some good vibes people! I'm hoping I can stay 100% on plan today! I shall let you know!

I hope everyone's doing well!!

Yes, it happens to the best of us. I felt I was infallable..and it happened to me. I fell off the wagon (and under its wheels!)

I'm back, though and you are, too! Yay!

Hey Curvy,

When I read your post, I realized how much our stats are the same. I am also 5' and started at 225 in October. I am now down to 182. I had gotten down to 178, but a long weekend in the mountains with my family, helped push me right out of the 70's.

But I am back on it today and will get right back into the 70's and you'll get back into the 80's. When I first started, I began a pretty aggressive exercise program and the weight just fell off. Now my body apparently has gotten use to all this exercise because it is much more of a struggle, but I am realizing slow and steady wins the race.

So let's do this!

Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement everyone!

living the lifestyle, our stats are really similar! I'm sure you'll be back in the 170s in no time. Being back in the 190s was hard to see.. especially 192. I was stuck at that number for an entire month before I finally broke into the 180s so to see it again made me want to scream lol. I deserve it though.. My eating habits have been horrible.

amandie! Look at you, almost to the 150s . Glad to see your doing well

Thanks again to everyone else who responded. I really feel a huge difference when I eat well compared to how I've been eating this last month. I'm tired of waking up feeling tired haha and bloated and just blah feeling. Excited to be back!
