Didn't we already cover this?

Lift heavy, don't eat like an A-hole, and enjoy your life.

Moderation is a difficult thing to practice. Easy in theory though ...

I don't like to think of goals as a single number but maybe a 10 lb range. At what midpoint would you be happy with 5 lbs above or below with all of your clothes fitting you?

As you know weight flies up and down the scale with water. Would you be able to wear your clothes at 155 or would they be tight?

Well, at 154-155 I felt like I was back in the ball game. So I think that's gonna be my red line. Once I get past 155, I start feeling bloated and gross and my clothes still fit but I don't feel comfortable and my face gets puffier.

And John, you're right, we did cover this already, lol. But I was doing exactly what dstalksalot said I was doing. I'm amazed that I got this far; it hasn't really hit me yet. And I will post in the Goal section when I get my pictures ready -- you know there's pictures!!! Lol
