Starting weight: 306
Current weight: 300 at last weigh in, but that was over a week ago, probably lower
Goal weight: 150, but I'm really shooting in the dark here. I've never been a normal weight, much less as an adult at 5'6, so I have no clue what's good for me yet! But 150 is on the high end of healthy on the BMI chart so that's how I chose.
Total to lose: 150! Gotta cut myself in half haha.
