I have a lot of muscle, and the corollary to that, i don't look like i weigh as much as i do. You hear the latter one a lot on this forum...

i have such little willpower around food....i really do...*sigh*....that's more of a fact than an excuse

i use excuses like i dont feel good, or it's the weekend, or i'll watch my food intake better tomorrow

and here's my favorite one....im still getting a lot of compliments on my weight lost so i justify crappy eating with "well i dont LOOK any bigger"...ughh

Eating is my way to self soothe.
It's not my fault my metabolism changed .
I work nights and I need to eat to stay awake at night.
Working nights has made me gain weight.
I have no other vices It just Food!
My husband loves me Fat or Skinny so what's the difference
I don't have it in me to diet again!
I'm too busy taking care of everybody else to concentrate on losing weight
I could lose weight if I want to but not right now
