I'm going to drop out of this challenge, because I just spent the last week undereating in an effort to meet my ambitious scale-related goals. It must've been the pre-wedding bridal crazies. Keep up the dedicated work, everybody! XOXO RVA
I have had a nice run and may just make my goal. I'll be honest, reaching 192 is going to feel great because that was my weight when I just started dating my now ex-bf and then put on all that weight (bad relationships in which you try to feign being happy are really bad for your waist line). Anyway, I feeling like hitting 192 will be like getting rid of all that relationship baggage and truly being over it.
