I haven't weighed myself since mid-October. I'm more focused with fat loss at this point and enjoying seeing myself continually shrink. From what I understand someone my size can only lose up to 2 lbs of fat per week safely, so for me there's no point in weighing myself often - especially everyday.
Once I reach my goal I can see myself weighing in more often to make sure I'm maintaining, but as of now for me it's all about seeing those negative inches so the scale is on hiatus for now. You must figure out what works for you and your goals.
