For the most part, I stayed on plan, except that i did make a batch of low-carb, coconut-flour brownies so that I could have a dessert when everyone had pie. This was a last minute decision (inspired by PMS chocolate cravings, I'm sure).

I made the brownies in foil muffin tins, so I can freeze the leftovers individually.

They turned out extremely well (more like a flat cupcake than a true brownie). They tasted quite good, but not so omg-amazing that I was tempted to have a second one.

I did great! I ate to my hunger of all on-plan foods, as I'd wanted. I resisted dessert not once but TWICE (they brought them out again a few hours later when I was hungry, that was a challenge). I really did the very best I could given the circumstances and didn't break my plan, not even a bite. Woohoo!

I ate till I was full but not stuffed. I ran 35 minutes today so hopefully not too much damage was done.

My aim was to eat a reasonable amount. Since I didn't make the food, I don't know what the calories were. I was pleasantly satisfied, but not stuffed. I skipped the rolls and the mashed potatoes, but had normal servings of everything else that I wanted. I am happy. The food was good, and I didn't eat too much.

I are myself sick. I can barely move. But- I know I can't be perfect every day and I am not going to let it ruin my holiday. :P I'll get right back on track tomorrow and stick to my plan until Christmas. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and my Birthday. I'd like to learn to stop when "I'm satisfied" kicks in- instead of "OMG I'm bursting..." But- I'm taking things one step at a time.

Ate way to much...I didn't count calories but estimate I ate somewhere around 2500-2800 Alot of carbs....Took today off from excerising as well as my leg muscles are "I can barly move," kind of sore from increasing weights yesterday

Not worried though...Gave myself a free pass today and I won't touch the scale for a week until my body stabilizes from this and the sore muscles...And I'm starting up "Insanity," in a few days in addiction to already doing marathon training so this splure day won't hurt me xD

I did great! I don't know exactly how many calories I ate, but I know I'm likely within my normal range. I had a small piece of apple pie (that I made!) and pumpkin pie because IT'S THANKSGIVING DAMMIT and I only have pumpkin and apple pie twice a year. I did know that both slices together was less than 500 calories, so I didn't go nuts and totally left room for them anyway :3

Thanksgiving was good to me! I ate about 1600 calorries but didn't get a workout. It was a fine day. I had a small slice of turkey breast (about 4 oz), mash potatoes, steamed brocolli, dinner roll and turkey gravy ( the host told me the brand so I could google the calories). No dessert! Then I had a nutritious mini-meal. For pleasure I had some chocolate at home...since I skipped the desserts.

My Birthday is Sat. I have a get together on Fri with friends and going to lunch on Sat......So 1 down, 2 to go!!!!

Not bad! I ate about 1500 calories (so a couple hundred more than usual) and took a brisk 4 mile walk in our neighborhood.

I had a little bit of everything and my portions were small. BUT I had a sampling of all the desserts. I had a slice of apple pie, 3 bites of a peach pie and two brownies. They were all amazing. I'm trying not to feel guilty because I never eat this good on a regular basis. But I did not stuff myself like I usually do, and that's good! Today I'll eat light and exercise. I'll be fine.

I ate more than I had planned. I took a smal portion of everything and enjoyed it. I am pretty sure food calories were not awful...but I did drink quite bit of wine, so I am sure that put me over my limit. I definately ate much less than past Thanksgivings, but more than a typical on plan day. Today I am back to on plan eating! Will hold off til Monday to step on the scale.
