Into week 3... I suppose I lost two pounds, I don't know what's going on. Here are my stats:

W1 (Mon): 180
W2 (Mon): 181 (ugh)
W3 (Mon): 179

Two more weeks... I hope I can make it to 175.

Didn't lose any weight this week. I think I actually did, but I made a poor choice for dinner last night (greasy fast food) and now I think I'm holding onto some water. That wasn't very smart of me the night before my weigh in. :/ Oh, well I'm back on track today and hoping to be in the 170's next week!

I'm anxious to weigh-in tonight to see where I am!

Only one more weigh-in this month since we're taking Halloween off. Probably going out around then for my anniversary anyway . . . and even then I know I won't be tempted and that I'll make good choices.

Hmm . . . I'm sort of proud about that. Knowing that I'll be going out to eat for a special occasion and not worrying at all about being tempted by whatever's on the menu.

Soooo oops, a few events and celebrations have slowed things down for me this month, and I don't expect to lose 6 lbs in the next 2 weeks! That's okay though, I'm looking and feeling good and the numbers on the scale keep going down slowly but surely. Gonna hope for at least 154.
