Ugh, I gained a pound back. But it's my own fault. After being sick through most of September I went back to being lazy and not keeping track of what I'm eating. But I did start walking again few days ago and today I'm going to get back to keeping track of what I'm eating. I'm determined to get to 159 by the 1st.
I'm joining in a little late. I was at 117 lbs. (almost at my goal of 110) and then I went on vacation in July. I gained 9 lbs and it still has not dropped after 2.5 months. I want to lose at least 4-5 lbs by November 1.

Well, I lost half a pound. Ugh this lack of motivation I've been having is not good at all. First 2 months of this weight loss I loved every bit of working towards weight loss. Now if this down pour we've been having lately would stop so I can go back to walking which I love than it'll be great. I can't wait until this rain season turns into snow season. I love walking in the winter and seeing all the pretty snow all over the ground and tress. Gorgeous!
Up .3 but whatev. Still have three weeks for this mess, no sweat. Hang in there everybody...every day we don't give up is a day we're moving closer to our ultimate goal!
