well due to depression and a severe foot/ankle injury, i gained back everything i lost last year
so i am soooo in!
scale this morning read 249.5 so I am going to start at that!
SW: 249.5
CW: 249.5
GW: 239.5
And I REALLY would like to lose at least 30ishlbs to get down to 215-220 by the time I graduate college at the end of the first week of December!!
If anyone is really good at losing almost or all 10lb of these monthly threads, please post advice and tips! i'm sure a lot of us chickadees and chickadudes would appreciate it!
