Man! I started at 187, only got down to 182, which isn't bad but unless I magically get a 5 pound whoosh by Monday, there's no way I can get down to 177 by then.
Maybe I should stop joining these challenges until I can get a more consistent exercise schedule going. Blargh!

Or just lower your monthly goal! I know I have no hopes of ever losing 10 in a month every again, and I haven't since going from the 190s to the 180s. I just don't think my body can do it anymore. Just do 8 or 7 or even 5. Definitely doesn't have to be 10 to join!

Thank you!!! It does feel good! I honestly never thought I'd get back to 160s. It seemed so far away, unattainable. Even when I started losing weight and doing well, I really didn't, deep down, believe it was possible. I get discontented sometimes that I haven't lost more than I have, but it wasn't very long ago at all that I was almost 80 pounds heavier, wondering how the h*ll I got there and only dreaming of ever being where I am today. And I couldn't have imagined it either. Thank you for your comment, it brought me back down to earth today!
Well considering that I had a severely infected lymph node in my throat that had the left side of my face swollen (ever want to freak a DR out show up to their office with that one lol) with fevers which followed by a really bad cold. And cause the infection made it impossible to chew and barely could talk I ate whatever I didn't have to swallow. And said forget the diet and the exercising. I honestly can say I didn't do to bad. I lost few pounds but gained most of it back this month. But I still lost a pound.

It seems unlikely for me to meet the 10 for this month, but not totally impossible. If not, I will come close and am proud of how much I have lost. 1.8 to go if I am going to make it... Only .6 till I am just 'overweight' for BMI.
