You can always try baking the crust for a bit before adding the toppings too!

I love making bbq chicken pizza with bbq sauce, sauteed onion, spinach and peppers and finished with cilantro and basil or a buffalo chicken pizza w homemade blue cheese/hot sauce, chicken covered in hot sauce(s), onion, pepper, mushroom, spinach, blue cheese crumbles and topped off with oregano and scallion.

So many sad faces...I want to try all of these, but I don't have access to an oven or a good chunk of the ingredients Maybe I'll have to look up a low-cal dough recipe and try making a mini pizza in my toaster oven. It's probably too hot to bake it properly, but better than the other option...Japanese pizza...not so good. Also, they inexplicably seem to ALWAYS put mayonnaise and corn on it. I hate mayonnaise, and corn just seems weird on pizza...
