I came across an app that compares your BMI to other people your age in the US, and around the world. I couldn't believe my results!! (Better than Japan?!) That certainly wouldn't have been the case, many other times in my life!

I've been packing for my trip to Vegas and just packed two "Vegas" dresses that I've had for years but haven't worn because they didn't fit.

I can shave my legs again. When I first started this weight loss effort, I was so big, so stiff and in so much pain that I'd stopped shaving my legs for over two years. I couldn't bend or reach to do it. Now? Well, I'm still uncomfortable shaving in the shower for fear of falling but I've a nice little electric shaver that does the job. I put a towel down on the floor and sit on a little foot stool that I have. I can bend and reach easily now!

I was measuring for a new bra (the band measurement) and it's 2" less than 4 weeks ago! I do mostly strength training, so the scale moves very slowly for me, but...I decided to measure my waist-2" off and hips -4" off!

I love everyone's NSVs! Keep them coming!

managed to increase my uphill, 9000ft+ elevation hiking speed to 2mph. When I started, I couldn't even hike at elevation. Even at sea level going uphill I went .7mph. That was just 5 months ago so I'm really happy!

Pulled out all of my old 36C bras! I finally dropped that cup size! Finally! I bought a bunch of nice Victoria's Secret bras as a reward for my weight loss last time. It sure felt good to see those again!

Huzzah! Another silly one! I got the STUPIDEST sunburn last weekend because I decided to go biking for 2 hours in a sundress over a cross-back bra. While attempting to take a picture of my stupid burn to show my mother, I naturally had to take off my shirt...and *gulp* show my back rolls to the camera. But wait...in the photo there was only one! ONE! ONE BACK ROLL, AH HA HA! Not that I'd actually counted before, but that's definitely an improvement. As my back is my 3rd biggest problem area, I'm calling it a victory >:-)

Today I did 20 real push ups! I had gotten to over 40 modified push ups and someone said to me "What are you doing!? If you can do THAT many modified push ups straight you should just be doing regular push ups!" So I tried, and I could!

My favorite NSV happened several months ago. I realized one day that I actually weighed LESS than it says on my driver's license (believe me, it was way off). The first time that has ever happened, except maybe when I was 16 and got my first license!
