Well these aren't very exciting ones compared to all the great ones on this thread (everyone who has posted is doing amazing and I hope to get there soon)
A few days ago I was out grocery shopping (and was stocking up in the produce section) when I ran into a former classmate who I hadn't seen in probably a month or so. She asked if I had lost weight and said I was looking good
This was also the first day I noticed my clavicles poking through the fluff a little too.
And today I exercised!!! Let me repeat- I exercised. That is a huge deal for me. I made myself finally start something up- I dragged my craigslist fluidity bar from leaning against the wall where it has firmly been planted since purchasing it about 8 months ago and I used it. And when I was hungry tonight and still had 140 calories left in my budget I chose to have a salad versus something tasty with little nutritional value!
Feeling all sorts of good about myself today and that's not a common thing for me. I think the gradual introduction of changes will really help me change my life for good this time (I'm sick of losing and regaining the same 40 lbs).
