I ended the month at 165 then left on the 31st to the river for 3 days. You would not believe how much I gained. So I'm going to just start my weight loss at 166, even though it's way higher at the moment.
I'm going to work this off, even if it's not all water weight
I've never done one of these challenges before but what the heck, I've got a good feeling about June. I'll shoot for 5, if that's okay, as it'll put me in the normal bmi range and 10 is ridiculously unrealistic for me right now.
Heck, who am I kidding? If I just get myself off this plateau I'll be ecstatic.

Even thought I'm starting late I'm going to use my weight at the start of the month for tracking. I'll set my goal at 10 pounds, but that never happens so realistically I'll just really hope for 5! lol
