There are 10 WEEKS until Memorial Weekend begins!
You know what this means...shorts, itty bitty shirts, bathing suits, etc.

I'm all about short term goals...they don't seem quite so unobtainable. My goal for the next 10 weeks is a minimum 4 days of exercise

& 3 lbs weight loss each week.

Every week I accomplish this I will reward myself with a nonfood treat because of course a healthy diet will only help with my success.
Accountability is a huge motivator for me

so I plan on checking in here with the following every Friday:
Current Weight - CW
Pounds Lost - PL
Exercise Days - ED
Reward - R
So my first entry is:
CW - 204
PL - next Thursday
ED - "
R - I will get a manicure.
