Up until a few days ago, I only ever weighed myself at school and I know that scale is right. At home I'm weighing in at 158.2 but I'm not sure if I should believe it.
Because the scale is
right there - damn it! - I've weighed myself several times. I've come down from 161.6 to 158.2. Of course, this could be a strange fluctuation but I wasn't expecting to fall beneath 160 while here. My Mom has been feeding me all sorts of bad stuff so I figured I'd, at best, hang out between 162 and 160.
I've worked out 3 times so I hit the doctor recommended amount of exercise but still...muffins, doughnuts, mashed potatoes...is it possible that the scale is right and those foods just, I dunno...shook my body up a bit? I tried to eat them in moderation so it's not like I totally pigged out but this week was way out of the ordinary for me.
I don't know anything about scales, I have no idea how to check this one at all.
Until I know, my ticker stays at 160! >.<
