Default i feel like ill never get there.

My success is very slow going. Im barely down in the 160's now, and with my last weekend I probably am in the 170's again. Stuff just comes up, or ill get a headache, or whatever. I wish it would show more when I did do something right though.

hi, not sure how long you have been on yoru journey, but remember, it is not a race, this is for life. and time is going to pass anyway, so you might as well lose weight slowly than not lose it at all and be in the same situation next year. as far as last weekend, dont even look back, look forward and continue taking it one meal at a time. hang in there!

You've lost a good amount of weight. Your more then 2/3's of the way there. Keep at it. In a few months you'll be glad your still sticking with it. Congrats on the loss and stay positive
