I feel ya. I do 1200 cals a day and work out about 5 times a week. weight loss is really all over the charts right now, since it's the second month, up, down, up down .5 or 1 lb. I'm pretty consistent with my cals, but sometimes if I do eat about 1000 cals and do a lot of exercise, I'll make a difference finally. Other times, it's like my body goes into starvation mode and won't do anything. you just need to find what works with your body in a healthy way to get the weight off slightly quicker. for me, I can't have carbs after 5, it'll work against me. I'm still working on what my body best likes when dieting. I hope you find your body secret too and good luck on your journey!
