Most of the weight came off on its own just through better eating. I went from 165 to 157 working out. Then I went from 157 to 149 magically (wasn't eating better and wasn't working out). From 149 to 145 I have been working out AND eating better and now is just when I am starting to see a difference. I can finally
squish into a size 11, but I get muffin top pretty bad.
