I'm still here, still struggling! I try to get up and do my Walk Away the Pounds Tape in the mornings before my DH and DC get up, cause that is about the only "ME" time I have ALL day, well this morning oversplept a little so only had time to do the 1 mile (15 minute), rather than the 30 minute 2 mile! Oh well maybe tomorrow!!
Yesterday, I ordered the video of 8 min Abs and 8 min Arms, cause those are two of biggest problems!! My arms are disgusting and I still have the flab on my tummy from where I stretched it out so during both of my pregnancies (sp?).
Anyway I don't know anything about this tape other than those are for sure two areas I need work in!! I can't wait for it to get here! Have any of you lovely chicks ever used any of those "8 Min" tapes??
