Just what are you trying to say? That my little friends here have been drawn in because of little ol' me and my enthusiasm? Maybe they are drawn in because of other things....What ya think?

I lost 4.4 lbs this week!!
And I would like to mention, that I went to WI (not Wisconsin) last Tuesday which means it's only been 6 days since my last WI AND it's been my TOM this week! WOOO HOOO!

Just wanted to let you all know I love the GF Grill!!! Just like you all said I would. We had chicken on it tonight, and tomorrow pork chops are in line for the grill, then I think the next day will have to be burger, oh poop I have a meeting that night for work, some of our girls are getting their certificates for the class they just finished and my boss thinks I need to be there for some odd reason. She's having it catereed by a local soup shop that makes the most delicious soups and breads. I asked her what type of soups she was ordering. Well she said 1 will be a cream type and one she will make a veggie type with broth just for me!!! But oh lord help these wandering hands that love the homemade breads....everykind you can imagine. Maybe I will just have 1 cup of soup and 1 pc of bread and then home I will come and have me a salad or something....or maybe before I leave, cause it's not till 7pm, {oh sandys rambling again}
Now I lost my train of thought and all the funny things I was gonna say?hummmmmmmmmmmm
Guess you will all have to wait till next post to laugh.

Good Morning friends.
I was suppose to go to Missouri today to take my dad to the doctor but the weather here is snow, ice, and wind chill factors -15 degrees. Brrrrrrr The road I drive had a 35 car pile up yesterday. I don't want to be in one of those. A semi even flipped on top of a car with two women in it. Thankfully they were not killed.
I decided dad would have to reschedule until nicer weather.
It was just for an eye exam. He is seeing double in one eye with his new glasses. No emergency ... and I decided my health and safety counts for something too.
We expect more snow and ice Wed and Friday so I probably would have been snowed in there. I sure don't want that.
Thankfully... my parents agreed when I called and told them. It is so hard to tell my parents no... even if it is only a "wait". LOL
My food was great again today. The day went pretty well. But about 1am I was sure wanting to eat again.
But I did NOT. A bottle of water really does help at night... but it sure is a problem in the morning ..... racing to a bathroom.!!!!
I am writing this off line. I don't know if anyone has posted since my last post but it is unlikely. I am going to close this out. Since I will be home Tuesday I will try to get back and post again.

Today is Tuesday, my day off!!!"Hurrah" No kids, no hubby!!! So I'm just kinda lazing around. I do have to get my exercise in at some point, don't know if it will be the full 3 miles today, this morning I moved just right and pulled a muscle in my neck? Ok, Ok, I will give you the gist of the story so you can all have a chuckle for the morning. DH and I were trying to sneak a little Big and Tasty in this morning and I just don't know what happened. My dear hubbys says your the only one in the world that can get a neck injury while making whoopie....LOL....are you laughing? At least this time your laughing with me and not at me.....LOL
Good morning Y'all from the frozen tundra of the south! I HATE SNOW AND ICE! That is why I moved south and here it is and what a mess it has made.
Well, Jack blew his top with Lowes (good thing they aren't TS's sponsor or ....) . They guaranteed our install for today, but never faxed the install to the contractor until late and he called at 9 pm wanting to do it Wed. Jack called Lowes and let the guy at Lowes have it and told him either it is installed tomorrow or we are coming in a getting our money back. Well, we had it scheduled for today, but now the guy lives in the country and can't get off his road. That is ok, as it is a freak of nature, but we were mad because we had made plans for the Tues install and then...Well you know the story. So tomorrow it is.
Sandy: You are doing so terrific with the exercise and everything. Oh, and by the way, celery seed would have changed the taste so next time try it. I think you will like it. My grandma used to put celery seed in her coleslaw and it was yummy! Thanks for the recipe too. I love pumpkin and it sounds delic.

Baylee: thanks for the slaw recipe. I will have to scale it down and try it. Jack won't eat it so maybe I can make 1/2 or something.

Well, I have to get started downstairs. I may clean today instead of tomorrow with the guy coming tomorrow. I have to go to the mall to walk today so it is gonna be a long day for me!
Donna: What does TDAH stand for? I've been racking my brain to try and figure out what that stands for? Ummm, let's see? Tony-dear adorable honey? Or maybe...Tony-dang awesome hottie? Sorry....I better be quiet. I'm getting Lucky excited.....
Also, I got some incredible news today!! Yes, it does involve racing, but you'll just have to bear with me. First of all.....let me just say that Bristol is my favorite track, but we've only got to go twice, because tickets are SO hard to get. As a matter of a fact, I talked to the ticket box last week and they haven't even sold tickets to the fall race in the last 7 years, because everyone always renews. Anyways, of course you know the race is sold out this year and Ron just called me from work and he said, "You'll never believe what I am holding in my hand right now!" ARE YOU READY? He had two tickets to the upcoming Busch & Winston Cup race for March 22 & 23! A lady that just got a job at his work renews them every year and isn't going this year and guess who she gave them to??!! WOO HOO! Atlanta - March 9th and Bristol - March 23rd! I am SO excited!!
Ok, having said that, I am out of here. Work is not as busy today as it was yesterday, but calls are coming in spurts, so it's taken me forever to get this written, not to mention I've gotten knocked off the computer several times. I love you all and I will be back tonight. Also, thanks for all the well wishes. You guys are absolutely awesome.

I cannot believe it is so cotton pickin' cold today. It is so bad I had the cat AND dog in my lap watching NYPD Blue at noon trying to get heat off them! I don't even want to venture out and get the mail.
I am seriously bummed and nobody better laugh at why just cause I am an old woman! We are going to be staying at Orleans Hotel and Casino in Vegas in Sept and they have an events hall. They have a lot of old groups etc that play there like Air Supply, Neil Sedaka, and I know Vicki Lawrence is doing a one woman show there soon. Anyway, my very favorite oldies group (Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons) is going to be there in March and I was hoping that I would be lucky enough that they would be returning during the time we are going to be there. But NOOOOOO, they are appearing in August instead so I know they won't be back in Sept! How crappy is that. I have wanted to see them in person for years and they are never playing anywhere near where I live.
Well, I better go. I am going to try and get some toning in today since I can't get outside.
HELP ME!!!! I just want you all to know I am not some super inspriational person!!! I am so famished today. Well not really but god, it seems like nothing is safe!!!!

Okay, I guess it's not as bad as it seems, but I just feel like I can't stay out of the darn kitchen. And it's really not hunger, I know cause my tummy is not rumbling one bit!!!
I did do 1 mile of the WATP tape, but my neck still hurts no matter how much darn Bengay I put on it!! Are you supposed to heat or cool a sore pulled muscle? Okay did I whine long enough?
I'm still so very proud of TINA!!! Way to go!! Stay on that cloud you found!! And wow tickets to Bristol!!!! What a treat.
Donna/ Sorry about Frankie Valli/ maybe he will come near you soon. Me, my favorite would still have to be Reba!!! Last time she was here I was in the hospital having Alexis.
