Thumbs up Having a day off today...AND THATS OK!!

My main issue is with binging, but Ive done so well on plan for the last just over a week now, I am going to have a day off! I need to listen to my body, I woke up hungry and in a munchy mood so I decided why not have a day off, the most important part is not letting it turn into a complete binge day! Its 1.15 pm and so far I have eaten what I wanted, but it has by no means been a binge so I am happy!

Good for you girl! We all need treats from time to time, I like to try and tell myself things like 'you can have chocolate cake, but only on a sunday'. Always good to have something to look forward to

I think it's a good idea to cut ourselves a break every now and again. As you as you feel in control and content with what you're eating, then good for you!

There is definitely nothing wrong with taking a break here and there as long as you don't go too crazy and eat like 4,000 cals or something. I've been eating at maintenance for a few days now(around 2,100 cals / day) and I plan on continuing for a total of two weeks to help me break through a plateau--so far I am maintaining just fine.

I think the best part of your post and experience is that you are OK with your off day. I definitely can relate to having a day off, but it doesn't do be a whole lot of good if I can't remove the food guilt. So, good for you!
