Drinking water is good for weight loss. Drinking too much water is not good. So, keep your water intake accounts accountable.

Please post.

I am drinking my first glass now, I am a sipper, so it will take awhile to drink this water. At least, I did not pour my usual Mountain Dew into my glass, I poured water instead!

So far today I have had 670 ml of water (I have a specific water bottle I always use, so I can accurately measure my intake.) I try to consume at least 2 litres a day.

Thus far today, I'm at 0 bottles. I've only had the morning coffee. But by the end of the day i will have polished off 4-5 17oz bottles.

I force myself to drink between 8-12 glasses of water (in some form ie: tea, coffee,water) a day, I'm a sipper, keep it with me all day
