Just wondering...I have lot 6 lbs. since restarting my weight loss. This morning I decided to measure myself again. Is it possible to lose 11 inches already and not see a big difference in the weight?
Yes! I think measuring is THE best way in tracking weight loss (if you can do it honestly!) Weight is so finicky, you could be retaining water, on your period - a number of things can affect the number on the scale. But I find measuring is a great way to see how much you're actually losing.
Are you lifting weights at all? If so, that's probably why you are seeing such significant results in inches but not pounds. That's what happened to me. However, the others are also correct with their advice. Could be a combination of things!
