170.4, down 1.2 pounds from last Friday
but I had a goal of making it into the 160s this week. Goofed that one up. But I know why - I indulged in Chick-fil-a (catered for a coworker's birthday) and a cupcake Thursday. Plus, I worked out ONCE since my last weigh-in. (Ridiculous!)
I could have made it happen, but I obviously didn't want it bad enough last week. Good news is that I want it bad enough this week! (I have not weighed in the 160s - apart from a few weeks in 2008 when I did a weight loss work challenge before switching jobs and ballooning up to the 190s - since I was 16 years old!) I'm going to really work at increasing my workouts this week to 3-5 days, and there's no better time for me to start than today because the weekends mean no work and no school to distract me from my goals!
