2Cute you crack me up! Its a good thing I went potty this morning or I would have peeee'd my pants laughing so hard!!
Lucky....GOOD LUCK! Everything here is crossed for you too! Just be confident that this job is yours and you will fly through the interview with colors! I'm saying a prayer for you too!
Tina...I love the picture of Tony and the Baby....is it his???
Steph....no exercise yet...I just can't get motivated there yet. But I can tell you to JOURNAL (are you listening Lucky?) when you eat your food because you will be more aware of how many you are eating. When I journal at the end of the day I tend to eat at the high end of the range all the time. AND...the water water water and more water! Yes I am doing Weight Watchers. I lost 97 lbs on it in the past and feel it gives me variety so I don't feel deprived. This past week I had 3 peanut butter fluff sandwiches, I measured out and counted points!
You are absolutely killing me. The little "weird looking cars" that your talking about are called midgets. That's the type of cars that Tony starting racing in. (well actually, he started out in go-carts) His background started on the dirt tracks and then he went to IRL & then finally Nascar. He owns a sprint car team and that's probably why he is there today.
You go ahead and make the trek over to the track if you can, and place your order for a "big and tasty". However, I must warn you, after our hug in September, I have spoiled him for all other women. Although.........they do say that friends share. And if that is the case, I'm wondering if I love you enough to share him with you. Could just help that back of yours you know.
Or possibly put you in traction forever. Hmm, definitely something to think about though. Alot.
On a more serious note:
Lucky: I wish you all the luck in the world today sweetie. I sincerely hope and pray you get this job and it is all that you want or need. Incidently, I got down on the ol' knees this morning and said a prayer for you too. Good luck.
Ok guys, I'm off to take Trey to school. I just had to pop in realy quick and reply seeing as 2cute made me laugh myself silly this morning.

You can finally put whatever has been bothering you lately on the
back burner, Aries. The Ram may be a Fire Sign, but you spend the
next few days walking on air -- or maybe on water. Wherever you go,others throw themselves shamelessly at your feet. The impossible seems routine to you right now. You're thrilled at the prospects in front of you and happy to be alive. Go out and do something you never dreamed you'd get the chance to do.
Sara, Congrats on getting those apps done!!!
Okay, 2Cute NOW look what you did....Tony pictures everywhere. I loved your posts for me and for Tina. You are such a great friend. Last night was a full of dreams about this interview and waking up...which I never do... I turned the whole thing over to a higher power...if it is meant to be I will get the job otherwise there will be another one out there for me! I believe it what you said..."becareful what you pray for!!!!" You don't know for sure how it will show up....BE SPECIFIC!
Michelle I wondered about that baby too...Inquiring minds want to know.
I said a prayer myself this morning...if it's meant to be it will happen.
I have to say Thank you!!! to all of you for your support. It really makes me feel more confident.
Tina I love your Tony Room, that is so cool, I would love to have such a passion for something or someone, I've got a couple spare rooms what should I obsess over. I need to start collecting something. Have you ever tried to send a picture of the room to Tony or his promoters, maybe you can scrounge some Tony time, by being the biggest fan, or maybe get your pictures in some kind of magazine, are there race car mags?
Michelle way to go on you 10.2lbs loss, that's incredible, I think the most Ive ever loss in a week is 6lbs, are you eating whatever you want as long as your in your point range or are you living on fruits and veggies? Way to go.
Lucky good luck on your interview, be crossing my fingers.
Ya'll are a bunch of crazy nuts! I was thinking of making Tina jealous by getting my hubby to photoshop in a picture of me with Tony but I decided not to be that cruel!
Last night was a big moment in this household. I let my hubby, for the very first time, read my 3FC online journal! He loved it! I heard him laugh a bunch of times and go "Ahhhh!" in a few places too! Until about 15 pounds ago, I would NOT tell him my current weight and I wouldn't have DREAMED of telling him that last year I weighed 270 pounds! (I wouldn't have mattered to him but it mattered to me!) I was telling him how much weight I lost, but that's it. ANYWAYS... he's always trying to get me to open up more to him so I think it was very touching to him for me to suggest he read it. That said, he's still forbidden from reading this thread; that's ALL MINE!
Okay. Off to university! Hee, hee. I'm going to go hand in my application essays for grad school (which I finally finished) to the admissions office today! The university is about a 25 minute drive from my house and I'm not familiar with the campus at all so I hope I don't get lost!
LUCKY!!!! I'm thinking about you and sending you positive vibes for that job interview!
You guys crack me up. Today has been a busy day. So far I managed to vacuum the living room, do all the dishes and mop the floor, clean the bathroom, re-organize the kids toys, and I'm on my 3rd load of wash. I still have another 3 loads to go. Considering that the washing machine is in the basement and the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, that's some good exercise going up and down the steps with a basket full of clothes. Plus I plan on doing WATP 3 mile today, and hopefully some big and tasty tonight . Well have to go get the upstairs vacuumed and then on to my workout. Check back later.
Steph
Tina you have hadway too much time on your hands....but thanks for the picture of 2Cute. I will have to add it to my photo book of the Christmas pictures. By the way, what is with the sun glasses....doesn't he have eyes?
Well, bad news. I didn't feel that good after the interview (if you can call it that) . The VP didn't even have my resume on her desk. She asked me to tell her what computer systems I have used. That was pretty much it - well, and me babbeling.... It only lasted about 15 min when she said they would make a decision by the end of the month and would notify me then. It was weird.
But I did get my application for the prison in the mail today and I have another application for a poultry company. Then I did apply at this financial place in December and they said to get back to them towards the end of January...hmmmm wonder what day that would be????? I have to get out of this bank job...one way or another. I start the 36 hours a week on Monday....that first check is going to really hurt.
I have to go and see if the nursing home is accepting visitors yet....they have had that terrible flu and no one was wanted there.
