I have done this once allready and lost just over 20 pds. I want to do it again.
I am working my way up to it and looking for someone to join me on the journey.
Perhaps with the same stats as myself and looking to lose the same amount of weight. I would love to be able to trade daily/ weekly menues and so on.
Last time I lost the weight I did it by following WW 123 program, don't bother with meetings myself.
And of course by walking. I also had a partner the last time that was staying with me and found it much easier.
So here we are,
I am 30 years old (age don't matter though)
5'2" tall
155-157 lbs
All in my tummy area too!
Love eating white meat when dieting, no salt, lots of water, going to purchase a treadmill and am desperate.
