It's hard to say because I like a lot of variety, but here are a couple of days from the past week to give you some idea.
B: Kashi GoLean Crunch with milk; orange (280 calories)
L: Turkey sandwich on sandwich thin with spinach, red onion, and Laughing Cow cheese; broccoli florets and hummus; popchips; blueberry yogurt (450)
D: Homemade chicken enchiladas (2); Spanish rice; lots of salad; Skinny Cow ice cream cone (750)
Other days, I make more room for snacks:
B: Egg/egg-white omelet with spinach and green onions; butter for cooking (230)
L: Lean Cuisine spinach/artichoke panini; snow peas; orange; yogurt (470)
D: Rotisserie chicken; "creamed" spinach made with cottage cheese; roasted butternut squash (440)
S: Cheese and fruit plate with Parmigiano-Reggiano, Parrano, Brie, Cheddar, apples, grapes, a couple of crispbreads, and two wee little pieces of chocolate (350)
Although I have a couple of convenience foods listed here, home cooking is really the backbone of enjoying meals for me. I can lighten up favorite recipes and get the volume I want without sacrificing taste or living off of boiled chicken breasts and steamed broccoli.
I
totally feel you, Surfergirl2, about amounts. Most of the time, my food is satisfying, but sometimes it would be nice not to have to measure so assiduously. That cheese plate tasted awesome, but it involved some serious back-and-forth with the kitchen scale and heavy use of the "zero" function.
