What's the series where a trainer comes and helps the person lose weight, does nutrition , and there's also a fashion segment, love that show! Is that addicted to food?

Anyway I gained weight by way too much eating out. I also did a lot of emotional eating due to stress and confirmed depression.

I gained weight by drinking 5+ sodas a day, and eating lots of bread and meat and packaged meals and chips and cake and cookies, etc. Basically me just not noticing/caring.

As a kid I was always thin then once I hit about 14/15 yrs old the weight just packed on my family always had rice fried foods etc. I never ate breakfast because I would get nauseous. I would have only one actual meal in the afternoon a big unhealthy meal! And would continuously snack at night. As I got older I had the same habits and when I became a truck driver I only ate fast food had hardly any activity (on the road 24hrs a day).

Then I got pregnant with my DD and lost about 50-40 pds the first trimester I had terrible morning sickness :P but the doctor said I was fine he monitored my weight throughout the whole pregnancy. Once I had her I was 150 lbs, but my mom said I had to be well fed to be able to breastfeed so all I did was eat and breastfeed no activity at all and the weight crept up little by little. Once my DD was mobile I would run after her but we wouldn't go to bed till 2 or 3 am wake up at noon eat one big meal and snack throughout the day again till I finally hit 202 pds the highest I have ever been since having my DD and I was mad and ashamed at myself for not taking care of myself when I only had 25 pds to lose but I have been working hard and I am determined to lose it and keep it off.

I want to be a positive role model for my daughter and teach her healthy eating habits and the importance of staying active.

I've been large pretty much my whole life. Never terribly active or interested in sports. And I never paid any attention to the amount of food I ate.

I just ate until I was stuffed. I had no other off button. Ate when I was bored. Ate when I was watching TV. Ate when I was lonely. Ate when I was hurt. Ate until it hurt!

I wasn't mindful. I didn't know how to be mindful. I didn't know I had to be mindful. Some lessons take a lifetime. This appears to be one of them for me!

1. I got married. Started eating portions the same size as my husband's. (who was playing soccer 3 times a week!)

2. Stopped exercising. I went from working out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, to none.

3. Graduated college and moved a couple times. Stopped walking to classes, etc. Moved to Tahoe where I couldn't walk before or after work and lived too far from a gym ( related to #2)

4. Started eating out- a lot. And lots of fast food. Out of the 90 pounds I gained after getting married, I would say probably 75 of them were a direct result of eating out.
