I started this journey right after Christmas and just weighed myself on Monday. I don't do well "playing the numbers game". I know that this is what works for me.....
I weigh once daily in the morning but only record my weight once a week (sat morning) Fluctuations don't bother me - if they did then I would only weigh once a week. I like weighing daily as I'm a bit of a nerd and find weight fluctuations facinating lol
