Almost there! I saw 119.8 on the scale this morning, and have lowered my GW for the last time (I've been lowering in 5 pound increments since I reached normal BMI at 135). I'm aiming to maintain at 115-120. Woo hoo!!
Some days, I can't believe I've made it this far. I've finally gotten the courage to post an avatar pic, and I'm really happy with the progress I've made. I have down days and tough days and confusing days as I try to assimilate my "new" identity with who I was for 32+ years, but I'm currently in a really good headspace, so I'll take it.
I'm not planning on rushing these last few pounds. I'm on Week 5 of the c25k this week, and I'm a little intimidated by it, not going to lie. I'll continue my basic strength training 2-3 times a week. And I'm eating 1350-1450 cals a day of clean food, with the occasional "treat."
