Default Sigh. 26 days at the same weight . . .

I went back and checked my personal log today, and realized that I first posted my weight of 147.0 on the second of this month, and I am STILL 147.0 on the 28th!!!

It's not like this is abnormal, it always takes me forever to lose weight, but it's still frustrating as heck!

Yes, I weigh/measure all of my food, I write down everything I eat, I exercise and I have a very active job.

I am averaging between 1200 and 1400 calories per day (with 3 days 'over' during that time frame)

I'm hitting all the basics, I just can't seem to talk my body into losing anything!

It makes me crazy!! LOL

Sure, here is yesterday's entry.

Fiber One and milk (200)
Chicken noodle soup (150)
hot tea (100)
peanut butter (150) *this was one spoon, and not weighed, so guessing
greek yogurt with a little bit of granola (150)
24 almonds (160)
2 slices of ham (40)
Steam low cal chicken teriyaki (280)

Total: 1230

I would say that is a pretty typical day. I drink water, though not a gallon a day, but don't allow myself to be dehydrated.

As for exercise, I do lifting 2 or 3 times a week, then try to walk for an hour a couple of times.

Also, I have am a manager at a Panera, so 5 days a week, I work 11 hour shifts where I walk/work/move constantly and only set down for maybe 30 minutes at the end of the night to do paperwork.

It's a pretty active job and every time I wear a pedometer I average around 10 to 12 miles walking. Also, nights like tonight I have a truck to unload, so I do that type of working out too.

It looks to me you could use more veggies Not sure if your chicken teriyaki had veggies or not. Maybe with your pb you could add some celery?

I know for me, at dinner, half my plate is veggies
