I'm on and off. I read WAY more than I post (which makes me feel slightly stalkerish )
But I know I'm OP when I'm here and off plan when I'm not. So...I stick around
Ridiculously addicted. I have 6 tabs I open everytime I log in on my laptop - Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Fitday, 3FC. If I'm at work, it's usually the 3rd site I hit after my email and Fitday.
The majority of the posts in my post count have been racked up in the last 6 months - but I don't think I'd be where I was without this site! It keeps me accountable, I feel like I have some good friends here that I can chat to and commiserate with - I like updating my ticker and I like posting photos here because people here actually care too about seeing a difference in photos...I can't post that kind of thing on Facebook!
I may be new but I'm addicted, too. I have a lot of downtime at work and spend it almost entirely on forums. I love 3FC because it's upbeat and keeps me motivated to go to the gym after a tiring day.
I am to!! I hit Fitday and 3fatchicks before Facebook everyday now and I have a lot of downtime at work where we just sit and wait for the phone to ring (literally, I'm a 911 dispatcher). sooooo....thats bad. I have a lot of time to poke around here.
I have to remind myself that being sedentary got me here, so yes - 3fatchicks is great for motivation and ideas....prolly shouldn't sit on the forum for more than an hour!
I'm a dispatcher as well! SO much downtime on graveyards. I poke around here and it keeps me honest with myself about weight. Good to know I'm not alone in the 911 area though.
I am hooked to 3FC too whenever I am trying to lose weight. Lately I have been STICKING to my hopes of reaching goal so I have been coming to 3FC more often than I ever did, which does makes me feel good.
I totally am! It has made THE difference this time for my weightloss though. I love all the advice and food finds and if I am stressed about the process or anything I know I can come here and get help.
I am! But it's a good addiction to have, I think. I did lose a big chunk of my weight before finding this place but kept hitting the same weight plateau. Got on here and read all the helpful tips and wisdom and blew through it this time. Coming on here everyday certainly helps me keep making good choices.
I'm constantly alt-tabbing back here to 3FC while I'm working on other stuff and reach a sticking point. Not only does it help keep me on track food-wise, it makes a nice coffee break for my brain.
I'm shamelessly addicted, but hey, after giving up cigarettes, caffeine, and cheetos, I don't feel so bad about this particular addiction.
