I think I'm addicted to 3fatchicks!! That last thing I do before bed is check this site. (Yup, its even taken priority over facebook! ) Its not the first thing I do in the morning, only because the first thing I do is exercise. But I can't wait to check it, once I'm done! I'm on here as much as I can throughout the day. Granted if I'm working, I don't get on here at all...but then I check it as soon as I get home!
I am to!! I hit Fitday and 3fatchicks before Facebook everyday now and I have a lot of downtime at work where we just sit and wait for the phone to ring (literally, I'm a 911 dispatcher). sooooo....thats bad. I have a lot of time to poke around here.
I have to remind myself that being sedentary got me here, so yes - 3fatchicks is great for motivation and ideas.... I prolly shouldn't sit on the forum for more than an hour!

BUT! I'm glad I am... I was addicted when I first joined.... then disappeared for a year after some crappy stuff happened and gained the 40lbs. plus 20 more that I had lost while originally being addicted... Since returning, I've fluxed back and forth, but have at least lost the extra 20 and am working on kicking some serious fat butt... sometimes we need something to help pull us through and I would much rather it be 3FC then any other website!
*raises her hand* My name is Courtney and I am addicted to 3 Fat Chicks! I check the site on my cellphone every day during my lunch break at work and spend time here every night when I get home from work too. Between my blog, here, and Facebook I am online a good bit in the evenings.

Agreed! I too disappeared for about a year and didn't lose anything. 3FC has been more effective for me than any diet or "magic pill" out there. I'm addicted but I don't care, I wanna stay an addict!!!
Haha.....I am totally addicted to 3FC!!! I have a set routine regarding internet sites, which pretty much is email, FB, Twitter, a figure skating board, and then 3FC. But I find that I come back to 3FC much more than most of the other ones. I love reading the different subforums and even find myself searching for random things, especially when I'm bored!
I love coming here!!! There are so many great people here and a lot of great ideas/suggestions here too. It's nice knowing that there are people out there just like me!
