This describes me exactly! I just don't need a lot of variety. When I was eating high calorie foods, I ate the same things over and over. It really helped me to realize this about myself and adjust my diet accordingly. It really frees me.

I heard it's easier to lose weight if you eat the same meals repeatedly. I don't know if I had actually tried this those.

I eat the same foods all the time and love it. I've always eaten like this, even at my highest. I don't know why I never get bored or crave more variety, but at least I'm not the only one!

Interesting to see so many (who have been successful) eat this way. I have been thinking of this b/c I do tend to eat the same thing everyday for a while then switch to something else. I feel when I have too much variety it leads to binges! I am going to make a list of my favorites and try rotate them every week and see how that goes.
