what is YOUR weight loss affirmation?!
I recently read "Secrets of a Former Fat Girl," and she talks about how affirmations can seriously help when there's a lack of motivation or willpower. They can begin with "Every day in every way, I..." Mine is "every day in every way, I jog to finish the 5k"
Curious about your affirmations! What do you tell yourself to be motivated everyday? I'd love to hear them!

I have no motivational mantras. I have little motivation right now, so that's expected.
*Do you really want to regain? No? Don't eat it then.
*Will eating that really make you less upset? It'll just make you fatter. Stop it.
*Are you really going to do this to yourself AGAIN? Put it down.
*You just ate. You don't need it. Mooo! Mooo!!! M-fing MOOO!!! Didn't think you'd eat it.
That's as close to motivational as it gets right now.

I just look at unflattering pictures of myself and drool over the prospect of buying an entire new wardrobe.

Every morning at 9am I have a reminder thing that goes off on my cell phone. The reminder says "Better and better every day, in every way".
It helps me to focus on the day ahead and that I'm going to do the best that I can do.

My mantra: I don't want to have to lose this particular pound ever again.
Matt: You are an inspiration.

Every day in every way I am making changes that I will keep forever. I am making changes that will prolong my life, increase my energy and fitness, and make me feel so good and sexy. And these things are worth missing a 10 min gratification of eating something that isn't planned.

Mine isn't so much an affirmation as a goal I have in mind every single day.
"I will get through one full year of being on plan each and every day without giving up."
My year is up November 9th.
Soon it will be time to commit to another year!

Every step I take and every move I make
Makes me more healthy and more happy.
I repeat this a over and over while I'm on the treadmill or when I'm tempted.
