So I know this is a little late this week for my weigh in but we just got back from Vacation! And it was horrible weight wise, lol. The rest of it was good tho

Oh hah! I didn't even realise there was an "official" weigh in day - silly me. Didn't notice that on the old thread but I guess I didn't read closely enough.
It's Monday here for me but I usually weigh on Wed or Fri so while I did weigh this morning, I wouldn't have usually.
9/13: 154.8...So far so good....rethinking my way of eating and embracing the feelings of slight hunger. Food is fuel, not pleasure...i should tatoo that on my arm or something! Congrats to the losers and Support for those who are feeling discouraged. Consider yourselves hugged! :

didnt have a great eating weekend. I did cheat a little. First weekend of my diet and I caved to cravings, but I still lost 2lbs. But of course aunt flo showed up this morning and I now have 3lbs back of water. I hate that! Good thing i weighed myself yesterday lol.
