Had a really bad week of binging....ended up a lb heavier than starting weight!!! After a stellar 1st week of 4lbs lost, this has been quite a blow for me. But I know what I did wrong....4500 caloried days will not induce weight loss...not rocket science! RE-commited this week and starting low carb diet to make up for lost time.
Good luck fellow chickies and NEVER give up!
