I'm a little disappointed in myself this week, as I didn't make the best food choices.
I did get down to 156.2 lbs during the week, but my weigh-in today is reflecting some bad meal decisions.
I'm determined to stop weighing every day though, & to quite going out so frequently.
Urgh. Now I can see I lost 5kg (11 pounds) in the first month and then it took me 2 months to lose that same amount again, I'm wondering how possible my goal is. It's scary, it took me double the time to lose the second 11 pounds!
Hope everyone is doing well. This has been quite challenging for me as I have been unable to leave the 150's since last April and have gone up and down for so long. I think I'd be amazed to make it to the 140's. The battle is long and hard and some of us might not make it. But we'll never give up. We'll hit our goal marks eventually, even if it's well into the new year. Let's keep trying and everytime we fall, get right back up and fight.
Sorry for the pep talk....I think I'm the one who needed it the most.
