
For those of you that might be interested, my way of being "motivated" is to take photos of myself at the end of every week on Sunday. I see huge differences and it's enough to keep me on track to achieve my ultimate goal. Once I reach the required amount of post counts, then I'll make a new thread sharing some of those photos.
Anyway just super excited! Watching what I eat and working out everyday is totally paying off! And what's better, this is going to be a lifestyle change I can keep up with once I reach my goal :]
