I don't think I should be getting a plateau already. I've been stuck at 250 for two weeks now. I though for shure today would be the day I would hit 249 but no I weighted out at a flat 250.0 come on can't I at least get 249.9. I've been doing fairly well for two weeks and I just stared doing the biggest loser workout video everyday. Any Ideas as to why I having such a hard time hitting the 240's
Here's what I ate yesterday:
B: Two eggs and two toast(whole wheat)
L: BLT made with turkey Bacon (whole wheat) and Mango

It looks like you have a lot of refined carbohydrates in your diet. I would lose some of them. Add in some more vegetables and watch the salt. (TURKEY BACON IS LOADED WITH SODIUM). just my $0.02.

Good luck chickie.
When I was typing that I was thinking the same thing. I have never been one for low carbs but I ate 4 slices of bread that day and that happens most days. I think I will cut it two a limit of two slices a day and I will look at how much salt I'm eating. I agree that I need to up my veggies that day I had spinach and tomatoes on my BLT and there where alot of peas in my ham fried rice. Peas though I think are a carb veggies.
I hit a plateau when I lost 19lbs..it was 3 weeks before I surpassed the 20lb mark. What I did was step up the exercise for just a week and that was the jolt I needed. I'm right around 40lbs now and haven't plateaued again (knock on wood)
