Hi Everyone, I will be checking in as much as I can but my computer crashed yesterday, so I will only be on occasionally until about August 30, but hopefully sooner.

I am going to keep pushing, and try to post my updates on Monday's if I can.

Whoo hoo!! I was 206.6 Friday morning. I haven't been this low in over ten years (when I was originially gaining the weight). I am not sure if I am going to hit my goal of 199.8 by 8/30. If I want to, I am going to have to do some serious cardio to speed things along a little. I entered a contest at the gym... which involves getting points for working out. So an increase in cardio is probably going to happen anyways. I feel like I just need to make the commitment if I want to reach goal.

Just do it.
